Our client, a leading organisation based in Dublin 2, is seeking a Workplace Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.

Role Overview

The Workplace Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day workplace operations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the Dublin office. This position involves close collaboration with local and global teams across facilities, finance, and workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workplace operations, including facilities and office support activities
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring high service delivery standards
  • Support financial administration tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of workspace setup
  • Provide day-to-day workplace support to employees and respond to queries efficiently
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including events and wellness activities
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health & safety, and internal procedures

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in workplace administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing vendors and workplace operations
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams
  • Exposure to onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English

Desirable

  • Experience within a global or corporate workplace environment
  • Exposure to finance systems or workplace management tools
  • Knowledge of health & safety and compliance processes
  • Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives or office events
