Outdoor Living is a market leader in premium outdoor furniture and structures, supplying both domestic and commercial customers across Ireland. We are now seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Support & Customer Service Administrator to join our Structures Sales Team.

In this role, you will support our sales representatives with day to day customer interactions, order updates, invoicing, and general sales administration. If you enjoy engaging with customers, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced environment, you will be a great fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the needs and expectations of key accounts and customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries relating to invoices, product availability, product selection, and delivery/logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the field sales team working on the road or on site.
  • Update and maintain product information and changes within the inventory system.
  • Implement price changes as directed by the sales and management teams.
  • Work closely with logistics and purchasing to ensure customers receive accurate and timely updates.
  • Assist with planning and executing seasonal promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare invoices and support customers throughout the order process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fast paced sales administration or customer service environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience working with sales reports and customer checklists.
  • A customer focused mindset with a genuine commitment to excellent service.
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive problem solving abilities and confidence in making decisions.
  • Comfortable working independently while also enjoying being part of a team.

Additional Details

Working hours:

  • Monday–Saturday: 9:30am – 5:30pm, Sunday: 12:30pm – 5:30pm(37.5 hours per week)
  • Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, site visits, and supplier meetings in Europe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.88 per hour
