We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager within agri sales.

Package: Competitive salary + bonus, pension, healthcare & company car

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and key customer networks
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including export markets
• Lead and develop field sales teams
• Implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and product adoption
• Manage campaigns with external agencies and oversee digital channels
• Deliver field trials, demonstrations, and customer engagement events
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
• Technical & Customer Support

Requirements:

• Background in crop nutrition, fertiliser or agro chemistry
• 5–10 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel
