This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters with day-to-day administrative tasks across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Post job vacancies on job boards, social media, and internal systems
  • Screen CVs and maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
  • Support the preparation of contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents
  • Manage candidate queries professionally via email, phone, and in-person
  • Help ensure compliance and documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide general office support and assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects
  • Reporting- Report on Brand Stats
  • Assist with onboarding training
  • On site spot Checks with in Department Stores.

Requirements

  • Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A must!
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the recruitment industry

Desirable

  • Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience
  • Interest in luxury retail or beauty sectors
  • Familiarity with ATS systems or online job boards
