Requirements

  • Minimum 1/2 years Hotel Front Office experience
  • IT literate
  • Opera experience desired or any other Reception operating system
  • Friendly, positive, approachable character
  • Anticipate customer needs and to satisfy same
  • Delivery of high standards of customer care as required by company policy
  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Checking guests in and out
