Maternity Leave Cover
This position is a one year fixed term contract for maternity leave cover.
Job Purpose:
To assist in the day-to-day administration duties of the office.
Key Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Taking messages and logging all calls
- Greeting all visitors to the office
- Dealing with other enquiries (mail, E-mail, telephone, as directed)
Key Administration:
- Responsibilities:Data input into Quickbooks to the highest level of accuracy (training will be provided)
- Sorting the incoming post, packing envelopes & scanning/photocopying.
- Handling all filing in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assisiting with meeting and conference organisation, as requested.
- Updating the CRO & RBO (training will be provided)
- Updating the PRTB website (training will be provided)
Desirable Skills:
- Flexible and reliable
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
- Willing to do a variety of tasks
- Willing to do undertake training
- Training will be provided for all reception duties
Pay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
Experience:
- System administration: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English (preferred)
