The role will support a busy Litigation Team (Debt Enforcement) focused on high-volume litigation case administration. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a process-driven team, ensuring smooth and efficient case management.

The Role:
- Manage high-volume litigation case files from initiation through to resolution.
- Prepare and file court documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant procedures.
- Maintain case records and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor deadlines and assist in the preparation of litigation reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the team.
The Candidate:
- Experience in high-volume legal case administration, ideally within litigation.
- Confident, proactive, and capable of taking responsibility for delivering results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and collaborative, able to work effectively within a busy team.
- Suitable for experienced administrators or those returning to work part-time.
