Office & Operations Administrator | Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | 9am-1pm | Maternity Cover | 6-9 Month Contract

A well-established and busy business in Kilcoole is looking for a reliable, hands-on administrator to join their team on a part-time maternity cover basis. This is a varied, active role that sits within the marketing department but is primarily operations and admin-focused. Full training provided – no prior industry knowledge needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and fulfilling online orders end-to-end
  • Managing and updating the company CRM system
  • Sample stock replenishment and sample room management
  • Packing and dispatching orders, including post office runs
  • Handling customer service queries and communications
  • Compiling reports and maintaining accurate records
  • General office administration and ad hoc support across the team

About You

  • A strong organiser who takes pride in getting things done properly
  • Previous experience in an admin, operations, or office coordination role
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communicator – written and verbal
  • Locally based and able to commute to Kilcoole
  • Happy to get stuck in across a variety of tasks – no two days are the same
