Marketing Support & Office Administrator – Indeed

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Support & Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time maternity cover basis. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key support role across marketing coordination, reporting, digital content and general administration — with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.

No two days will look exactly the same. Some tasks are daily, others weekly or monthly — but together they make a real difference to how our marketing function runs. There may also be occasional opportunities to support other areas of the business, such as the samples department, during busy periods or holiday cover.

Responsibilities

Supporting the marketing manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the co-ordination of radio, press, magazine and digital advertising campaigns, from scripting and design through to booking and supplier liaison
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in line with the marketing budget, and maintaining the marketing calendar
  • Creating content for website updates, advertising campaigns and sponsorship promotions
  • Updating website content, products, pricing and imagery, uploading content to YouTube and other digital channels, and liaising with website support providers when required
  • Analysing, compiling and maintaining marketing reports across store footfall, appointments, sample enquiries, website contact forms and customer conversions; exporting and tidying data in Excel and uploading to HubSpot and other platforms including Facebook for re-targeting campaigns
  • Supporting targeted email campaigns by preparing customer lists and coordinating with the sales team
  • Designing and coordinating branded materials such as signage, brochures and promotional items using Canva or similar tools
  • Researching local sponsorship opportunities and managing commitments with clubs and community groups
  • Monitoring and responding to Google Reviews, proactively contacting customers to gather feedback and maintaining records of responses
  • Assisting with the occasional social media post when needed, including scheduling content via a scheduling platform, writing captions and selecting imagery
  • Proofreading email campaigns, blogs and other digital content to ensure accuracy and consistency before sign-off
  • Providing general office administration support including invoicing, updating company documents such as Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale, and ad hoc tasks across the team

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in marketing support, administration or a similar coordination role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with suppliers, sales teams and customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar design tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a CRM system is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible, positive and happy to pitch in where needed

Pay: From €25,000.00 per year
