Full Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the Marketing function. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop strong analytical and commercial skills. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to analyse performance data, generate insights, and support campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain regular reports on customer survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to marketing and operations teams.
• Analyse and report on book-direct performance using scorecards, dashboards, and campaign data.
• Support the interpretation and communication of marketing performance data across the team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Assist in tracking and evaluating campaign effectiveness, highlighting opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and wider business stakeholders to interpret data and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and presentations.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to present data clearly and visually.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within data analytics and customer insights.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and website traffic.
• An interest in data, performance analysis, and customer behaviour.

Desirable:

• Relevant degree or coursework in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
