HR Administrator (Maternity cover)
Location: County Wicklow
Hours: Mon–Thurs 9:00–17:30, Fri 9:00–17:15
We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team. You’ll provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth administration across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries.
- Manage onboarding, employee changes, and leavers.
- Maintain HR systems (e.g., PeopleXD, Appraisd) and ensure compliance.
- Support absence management, payroll notifications, and reporting.
- Assist with recruitment, graduate programmes, and induction.
- Coordinate engagement, wellbeing, and HR communications.
About You
- HR qualification (Level 7 or above) + 2 years’ HR experience.
- Strong IT and HR systems skills.
- CIPD member (or working towards).
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
