HR Administrator (Maternity cover)
Location: County Wicklow
Hours: Mon–Thurs 9:00–17:30, Fri 9:00–17:15

We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team. You’ll provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth administration across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Manage onboarding, employee changes, and leavers.
  • Maintain HR systems (e.g., PeopleXD, Appraisd) and ensure compliance.
  • Support absence management, payroll notifications, and reporting.
  • Assist with recruitment, graduate programmes, and induction.
  • Coordinate engagement, wellbeing, and HR communications.

About You

  • HR qualification (Level 7 or above) + 2 years’ HR experience.
  • Strong IT and HR systems skills.
  • CIPD member (or working towards).
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
