Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next challenge? We are partnering with a well-established Irish organisation to recruit an HR Administrator on a specific purpose contract covering maternity leave – minimum 12 months duration.

The Role
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries across the business, delivering a high quality and efficient HR administration service to managers and employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for day to day HR queries
- Administer employee lifecycle changes including onboarding, internal moves and leavers
- Maintain HR information systems ensuring full data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate absence management processes including reporting and medical referrals
- Liaise with payroll on all personnel and benefits changes
- Support recruitment activity including posting roles, scheduling interviews and managing documentation
- Prepare contracts of employment and change of status letters
- Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Support the performance management process and induction programmes
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy HR environment
- Third level qualification in HRM or related discipline
- Active CIPD membership
- Strong HR systems experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, people-focused and able to manage competing priorities
