Job Description:
MCR Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive individual who can support the day-to-day administrative functions of the office and assist with client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is comfortable working in a busy environment and managing a variety of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities;
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Managing client communications and following up on enquiries
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager with scheduling and maintenance administration
- Issuing documentation to clients, including Insurance Certificates, RAMS, and Health & Safety information
- Providing general administrative support across landscaping projects and maintenance operations
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier orders
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring company systems are kept up to date
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Please Note: Due to the location of the office, there is limited/no access to public transportation. Applicants should have their own transport and be able to commute to Kilpedder daily.
