Finance Administrator
Location: Wicklow (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 3-4 months (Temporary Position)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Rate: €20 – €25 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP – Immediate assignment

Overview
On behalf of our client in Wicklow, we are seeking a Finance Administrator for an immediate temporary assignment. This is a hands-on finance role within a fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day financial operations and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising quotes, invoices, and customer statements
  • Updating and maintaining financial records in Xero (essential)
  • Processing customer invoices and ensuring accurate data entry in Xero
  • Monitoring customer payments and supporting accounts receivable activity
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Supporting cash flow tracking
  • Producing weekly finance reports
  • Preparing monthly reports for senior management/CFO
  • Reviewing existing reports and providing summaries of budget vs actuals
  • Supporting forecasting and reporting outputs using Xero and Excel
  • Extracting and formatting financial data from Xero as required
  • Ensuring timely completion of assigned finance tasks

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Xero (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience within fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable managing a varied workload
