Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day work required to deliver the marketing aspirations of our vendors across platforms in Europe and the UK. You will work with the eCommerce Business Manager in driving sales performance and key KPIs for Exertis as well as assisting with the growth and establishment of new brands. You will work with other staff members in marketing roles to help deliver your objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing vendor ad spend, budgeting and performance reviews
- Listings management and analysis; overseeing and managing listings content for optimal return
- Ads creation, artwork management and adjustment
- Strategy and execution; using insights and data to enhance sales performance through SEO, PPC, paid advertising, social platforms etc
- Working in partnership with the wider e-commerce team to drive marketing execution in tandem with stock supply and promotional activity
- Report on key KPIs, review weekly performance and adjust your strategies and campaigns accordingly
- Provide assistance in onboarding new vendors and participate in the vendor pitch process as required
Essential Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years focusing on digital marketing
Education required:
- Qualifications in marketing, or
- Relevant eCommerce certifications or
- Demonstrable experience of success in similar roles
- Language skills: Business English, second language a bonus
- Interpersonal skills: self-confidence, and excellent communication and presentation skills
Other skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a particular focus on campaign analysis
- Self-sufficiency; able to get on with tasks without supervision
- Willingness to learn / gain experience with new tools and markets
Specific knowledge / experience:
- Understanding of key eCommerce and advertising platforms, e.g Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Google, Facebook, TikTok etc
- Understanding of how to obtain and use key metrics and information; keyword research and analysis, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion metrics
- Ability to build and maintain appropriate reporting which covers sales performance vs marketing performance for individual brands. Ability to build and develop strategic direction and evolution for brands based on data.
Pay: €20,000.00-€22,000.00 per year
