Banrach is a growing Engineering company committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and making phone calls professionally
- Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
- Issue documents, maintaining records and ensuring attention to detail in all documentation
- Assisting with Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of engineering is preferable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
