Account Manager
Removify – Wicklow, Ireland
About Removify
Removify is a high-growth B2B tech company helping businesses remove harmful, unwanted, and damaging online content at scale using proprietary systems and deep operational expertise.
Headquartered in Australia, we operate globally, with the majority of our customers based in the United States, alongside clients across Canada, the UK, and Europe. We also have an established European sales presence, with team members already based in Dublin, and clear ambitions to continue expanding our international footprint.
The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Irish team and take ownership of a portfolio of clients across Europe, North America, and other international markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience who has had exposure to client relationships and is ready to build on that. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, managing relationships day-to-day while taking ownership of account performance, retention, and growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding existing relationships and ensuring your portfolio continues to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
You’ll be supported by a global team, but trusted to stay on top of your accounts, communicate clearly, and take initiative.
What You’ll Be Owning
Client Relationships
- Manage a portfolio of clients as their main point of contact
- Build strong, trusted relationships with day-to-day contacts and key stakeholders
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams
Delivery & Client Experience
- Support onboarding and ensure clients are set up for success
- Own your portfolio and ensure we are delivering on what we promised
- Proactively flag risks or issues and work with the team to resolve them
- Keep clients updated through both proactive communication and reactive support
Retention & Account Health
- Play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and retention
- Ensure clients are seeing ongoing value from our services
- Support renewals by keeping accounts on track and well-managed
Growth Opportunities
- Identify opportunities to expand or improve accounts
- Work with internal teams to scope and support upsell opportunities
You’ll work closely with teams across sales, delivery, technology, and finance, and take ownership of keeping your accounts organised, on track, and running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, including responsibility for managing client relationships
- Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly
- Customer-focused – you care about delivering value and a strong client experience
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using systems and quick to pick up new tools (experience with platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus)
- You take pride in your work and consistently follow things through
Why Join Us
- Fast-growing global tech business with strong momentum
- Work alongside an existing Wicklow-based team while being part of a global organisation
- Opportunity to take real ownership of your own client portfolio
- Performance-driven team where people take ownership, care about outcomes, and back each other
- Collaborative, down-to-earth and team-first culture
- Ongoing learning and development
- Competitive salary and bonus structure
