Banrach is a growing Engineering company committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and making phone calls professionally
  • Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
  • Issue documents, maintaining records and ensuring attention to detail in all documentation
  • Assisting with Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of engineering is preferable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
