Receptionist/Office Administrator
Location: Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow (In-Person)
Position: Part-time; 20-28 hours p/w
Salary: €17,160 – €24,024
About the Role
Are you a warm, organised professional who takes pride in providing a first-class customer experience? We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team in Newtownmountkennedy. Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have a background and experience working within the Motor Trade. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and managing incoming calls, bookings, and enquiries with excellence.
- Office Operations: Managing day-to-day administration, including invoicing, staff scheduling, inventory management, data entry and documentation.
- Technical Liaison: Assisting workshop technicians with parts ordering and pricing while ensuring internal KPIs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are met.
- Environment Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable reception and office area.
What You Bring
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software; experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Efficiency: Strong organizational skills with a “team-player” mindset and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or admin role (motor industry experience is a significant advantage).
- Reliability: You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Newtownmountkennedy.
