Requirements
- Minimum 1/2 years Hotel Front Office experience
- IT literate
- Opera experience desired or any other Reception operating system
- Friendly, positive, approachable character
- Anticipate customer needs and to satisfy same
- Delivery of high standards of customer care as required by company policy
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Checking guests in and out
