Maternity Leave Cover

This position is a one year fixed term contract for maternity leave cover.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the day-to-day administration duties of the office.

Key Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking messages and logging all calls
  • Greeting all visitors to the office
  • Dealing with other enquiries (mail, E-mail, telephone, as directed)

Key Administration:

  • Responsibilities:Data input into Quickbooks to the highest level of accuracy (training will be provided)
  • Sorting the incoming post, packing envelopes & scanning/photocopying.
  • Handling all filing in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assisiting with meeting and conference organisation, as requested.
  • Updating the CRO & RBO (training will be provided)
  • Updating the PRTB website (training will be provided)

  • Flexible and reliable
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
  • Willing to do a variety of tasks
  • Willing to do undertake training
  • Training will be provided for all reception duties

Pay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • System administration: 2 years (required)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Location:

  • Deansgrange, County Dublin (required)
