Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 + Pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (Fully Onsite)
Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Office Administrator / IT Support Assistant to support the day-to-day running of their busy office environment.
This is a practical, on-site role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the office runs smoothly — from setting up meeting rooms to providing first-line IT support. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and likes solving problems quickly.
The Role
Office & Facilities Support
- Check meeting rooms daily to ensure all equipment is set up and working (screens, cables, audio, etc.)
- Reconfigure meeting spaces at short notice, including moving desks and equipment
- Coordinate deliveries, couriers, and equipment drop-offs
- Maintain office stock, including IT accessories, cables, and peripherals
IT & End User Support
- Build and prepare laptops and devices (imaging, setup, and handover)
- Provide first-line IT support (password resets, connectivity issues, peripherals)
- Troubleshoot and resolve meeting room issues (audio, video, screen sharing)
- Log and escalate more complex IT issues to the IT team/service desk
General Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment setup and collection)
- Maintain records of devices and equipment
- Act as a key on-site point of contact for day-to-day operational issues
The Person
Must-have
- Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site support role
- Good working knowledge of Windows laptops and Microsoft 365
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and respond quickly
- Clear communication skills and a helpful, service-focused approach
Nice to have (not essential)
- Previous experience in office administration, facilities, or IT support
- Familiarity with meeting room technology and AV setups
