Storm Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of a rapidly growing organisation within the childcare sector based in Co. Wicklow.

With several new locations opening in the coming months, this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding HR team during a major growth phase.

This role goes far beyond traditional recruitment administration and would suit someone who enjoys fast paced recruitment, workforce planning, stakeholder management and building strong candidate pipelines across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting hiring activity across the business while working closely with Managers, HR and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from advertisement through to offer stage
• Screening CVs and coordinating interviews across multiple locations
• Managing recruitment campaigns across various platforms.
• Working closely with hiring managers on staffing requirements and workforce planning
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for ongoing vacancies
• Supporting onboarding and recruitment compliance processes
• Tracking recruitment activity, vacancy trends and hiring metrics
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
• Continuously identifying ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and locations
• Strong attention to detail and highly proactive approach
• Experience within a multi site or volume recruitment environment would be advantageous
