Fixed Term Contract – Hybrid

€40-50k depending on experience

MPG are currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a well established organisation based in South West Dublin on a fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in a busy and supportive IT environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day to day IT support across desktop, mobile and network environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users via phone, email and chat
• Manage and resolve tickets in a timely manner
• Support Google Workspace and general IT systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in IT Support
• Experience with Windows, Mac or Linux environments
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Keen to learn and develop
