Payroll Specialist (Irish Payroll) | Recruitment Industry | Part-Time

Location: Ireland
Job Type: Part-Time (2–3 days per week)
Salary: Negotiable – Depending on Experience

About the Role

We are partnering with a growing recruitment agency to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong Irish payroll knowledge.

This is a critical position within the business, responsible for ensuring payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end Irish payroll processing
  • Handling payroll for temporary workers within a recruitment environment
  • Ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements
  • Managing RCT tax processes and Right to Work compliance
  • Supporting payroll system setup, implementation, or improvements
  • Working closely with finance and operational teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Irish payroll (essential)
  • Strong understanding of RCT Tax, Revenue, and compliance requirements
  • Experience within a recruitment or temporary staffing environment highly desirable
  • Ability to manage payroll in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
